Yes sir, the other party is asked to file reply whether they object to the amendment or not.

Sir legal heirs ke liye order 6 rule 17 of CPC mein amendment nahi, Order 22 rule 3 or 4 of CPC mein application jaati hai

@@centurylawind very much true but sir civil appeal filing me delay ho gayi aur delay condonation ka civil misc. Application file kiya , usi bich me appealant decease ho gaya fir deceased appealant ke legal heirs us civil misc application me record pe liye hai aur fir jab delay condon hua to fir jo main appeal memo me amend karani hai to aise case me o6 r17 ki hisab se hi amendment application deni padegi na ki isme bhi 22/4 ki process karni padegi?? Sir aap apni pehle wali application ke saath bhi amended memo de sakte the. Ab aapko order 6 rule 17 ke saath amended memo dobara file karna padega Happy Dussehra to you too

Sir if it is matter of damages and plantiff filed Declaration suit to save court fee so at later stage can plantiff introduce recovery suit by adding or amended in current suit and fill court fee ?

सर AMENDMENT की application मुकदमे की अगली तारीख पर ही कोर्ट में दे सकते है, या अगली तारीख से पहले बीच में । मेरे मुकदमे में मुझे 30/08/2022 की तारीख मिलीं हुईं हैं, क्या मैं इस तारीख से पहले बीच में भी amendment की application दे सकता हूं
