DEUSCH & ENGLISCH:
Hallo meine Lieben,

ENGLISCH:
Hello people,
Today we have delicious "Gai Satay" chicken grill skewers with peanut sauce and Asian cucumber dressing 🍢 🥩😋
For the dish you need the following ingredients:
- Chicken fillet
- Wooden skewers
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp yellow curry powder
- 6 tbsp condensed milk 10%
- ½ tsp salt
For the sauce:
- 500 ml coconut milk
- ½ tbsp tamarind pulp paste + 100ml water for soaking
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tbsp paneng paste
- ½ tbsp red curry paste
- 6 tablespoons roasted and mashed peanuts
For the cucumber dressing:
- 2 tbsp 5% vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Mix with lukewarm water to taste (approx. 100 ml) then allow to cool
- Cucumber, charlottes and hot peppers as required
👩🏽🍳My tips:
-I leave the marinade for the chicken for at least 2 hours so that the meat takes on flavor.
-It is important that you "massage" all the ingredients properly into the meat.
I recommend toast for dipping with the dish.
