Where did you drill the hole for the kswap wiring harness to enter into the cabin? What did you use to seal up the hole so there's no water intrusion?

I have a k24 from a TSX Acura, it was an automatic, and I'm wanting to do a swap on a 2008 clubman that has a manual transmission, What transmission can i use, want a six speed. What ECM for the k24 do i need? Dont know if i could use the one from the TSX ACURA since its an automatic ???? Not familiar with Hondas
