Ingredients:-
Chickpeas/ black chana- 200 gm( 8 hr. soaked)
elephant yam -200gm
raw banana- 200 gm or 2 medium size
grated coconut- 14tbsp (8tbsp for grinding &6 for trying)
cumin seed/ jeera- 1 tbsp
turmeric - 11/2 tsp(1/2 tsp for chana. 1/2 for veg. and the left for coconut)
red chilli powder- 1 1/2 tsp ( 1 tsp for chana. and 1/2 for veg.)
black pepper- 1 1/2 tsp.
salt as per taste.
oil- 4 tbsp
mustard seed -1 tsp
urud dal- 1 tsp
dried red chilli- 4 no.
