Other than water see the road quality, just enter hosur and there are smooth roads, flyover at all villages so there is safety to cross roads but see our Karnataka highways, they are big but no quality or safety. Villagers struggle to cross highway, example Hosakote. Our politicians and govt officers don't have vision of development, they only work to get percentage.
