This summit ridge scene was filmed in British Columbia's Coast Mountains. As for another person here who says it's on Mt Rainier, Washington State.. well I have climbed Mt Rainier 2x and its summit is an circular icy crater that smells as rotten eggs. Its much larger than this small cone summit in this scene. This scene was filmed in the BC Coast Mountains. The mountains there are not high in Southern BC, but provide a lot of techical challenges for most climbers

Heads up! It´s not a climb but a movie. They "climb" with their goggles on their heads so you can appreciate the actors´s faces, and it´s definitely not filmed in Pakistan

For those who wants to get a copy of the soundtrack, there is no chance, here's why: Chaz Jankel said the masters were recycled after the original Dolby score went to DVD in 2001. The Hans Zimmer Score was preferred by the distributors and Frank Roddam didn't like it but was forced to release it instead of the Jankel one. After the DVD release The Jankel Score masters & original Tascam 24 track master were recorded over or destroyed (they are not sure). Not even Frank Roddam or Chaz Jankel has the score.
