Adam - a tip for drilling plastic. You can prevent the drill from biting in if you take a hone stone and slightly flatten both cutting surfaces with just a couple passes with the stone. Caused the drill to scrape the plastic instead of biting in really hard.

Hi Adam, is an idea to put ABS shortly in acetone after your procedure. Use a hook for that and for dring (some minutes). You'll get a clean surface again. 73s, Jens/DHAKY
