No, I had to realign them but it was really not that off

When I first fired up my K40 I spent several minutes wondering why I couldnt see a mark on the paper test strip fixed to the mirror. The mirrors were so far out of alignment that it burned a hole in a wood panel on the far side of the room about 5 feet from the ground, luckily I was standing on the far side of the machine but it could have easily hit me.

Does anyone have an example of the laser dots used with this? Seems cool but not sure what the red dots are

How did you ground the machine? I want to get one but I have seen a lot of videos saying you should ground it with a proper 6 inch ground rod or something but I don't have the ability to do that.

these machines comes from countries where the electricity may not be as good as ours (canada). I tested the ground pin on the enclosure with the ground pin on the electric outlet and there were connected so, because I have a good ground on my outlet, I did not ground it with another wire and everything works fine

unfortunately, the laser that I bought did not have a sharp small red dot and I did not reorder other laser pointers since. I work manually to adjust the height

Hey, I was trying to align the laser but when I tried to do it the laser tube doesn’t shoot the laser. What should I do?

you should not see any laser until it touches a surface. be very careful, it can be very dangerous to look at the laser even if you don't see it. I used this video to help me with the alignment of my laser (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHPGmKJjeNR1d9U) and it was a success
