Just got mine yesterday. After two trial runs, wearing her around the house last night, I took my dog on a 10 mile bike ride this morning. She loved it! I'm glad I measured her, she's a smaller Shetland Sheepdog. I got her a medium Air Plus with a booster block...perfect fit. The booster give so much more support to the dog.

I have a large just bought and my frenchie is only about 13-14” to tail. How much is that block and where can i get it? Can i make this large work for him with it? Is it normal for him to look panicked. Just want to be sure Im not hurting him.

My shih tzu is around 16" to 17". I do not know whether to get the small or medium. 😥

We'd recommend going with the small! You're probably going to appreciate a little bit of a snugger fit than having the carrier be too loose!

I want to get one of these, but since my country is so fucked up, I'm concerned that I won't get it without paying the aduana almost double the price. I don't doubt you since I've seen excellent reference from your delivery services, but I have had so much trouble in the past with the aduana that I think I'll rather wait and travel to Utah myself.

Do you think this is safe enough for short motorcycle rides? 1-3 miles?

With caution, yes. If you are proficient at it and don't go so fast your dog can't breathe then it is wildly fun to take a dog on a motorcycle ride. I have been riding a motorcycle as long as I have been walking but when I take my dog I am super careful, drive slow enough that she doesn't lose her breath, always wear a helmet and put a helmet on Daisy as well and I don't do any crazy stunts that present any risk to either of us. So yes, but be safe and have fun!
