Peanuts/ mungfali / sengdana - 1 bowl
Tamarind / imli - 1 spoon
Coriander seeds & Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves - 4-5
Dried red chilli - 3-4
Salt - According to taste
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
For tadka:
Oil / ghee - 1 tablespoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida/ hing - 1 pinch
