Techlok isnt really consealable is it ? Only hides under an untucked shirt ? I am debating between this Phylster.

Depending on the angle you carry at, a TDI can conceal well under an untucked shirt. If you want to conceal inside the waistband, I would recommend an iwb clip, though I can do any number of belt clips. My sheaths are full custom work, rather than just production and click-and-ship, so you can get pretty much anything you want in any configuration you want. Are your TDI holsters equipped with a lock release button or friction only?

They are friction only for the standard version. Not so much friction from pinching the steel, but rather from divots that lock in behind the front of the handle, so it has to bypass that "click-in" point. I can set them up with a retention strap as well. And I'm working on a system that will function like a sliding thumb push to unlock it, though I'm not certain if it will ever come to market. It's a tough concept to engineer without having half three product outsourced to a large manufacturer. But if I can figure out a way to produce it myself, you'll see a lot of that sort of stuff from me.

No. This video and design is also outdated. Please see my website store for the latest sheath design on the TDI. Fits the Tek-Lok at various angles and a few other carry options as well.

Wouldn’t you want the clip to sit lower so the whole handle is above the belt? Can it be mounted lower on the sheath?

You can choose from a variety of angles and ride heights, including some that position the handle above the belt. Personally I don't like the handle being up that high. I'm not sure there's any benefit to it. But you can definitely set it up that way if that's what suits your needs! Good question!

I sell them! Most of my projects are custom one-offs, but TDI sheaths are one of my best sellers, so I usually have some available for purchase directly through my website store. I believe I've got a couple black sheaths left and maybe a few in other colors (as of 9/3/2020).
