सर हमने धायरी मे रायकर मळा मे 2020 में under construction flat लिया है और building का construction पुरा नहीं हुआ है और builder बोलते है कि agreement यानी दस्तनोंदनी बंद है। इसलिए हमारा फ्लैट नही मिल रहा है। अभी तक हम waiting कर रहे है। तो हमको solutinn बताये।

Sorry Sir mera woh naam mein ek channel banaya hua hain. Mera naam Shibaji Chakraborty hain. Mera sister wahan old sangvi mein rehti hain aur mera koi nehi hain lekin aajkal sister achha byabohar nehi kar raha hain mere saath iss liye mujhe aapka assistance ka jarurat pada.Iss ke liye maphi chahta hoon. Main last 2020 december 31st old sangvi gaya tha aur January 16 main wahan se wapas aya.

Resale property ka rera khatham hua hai, usko resale mai kharidte samay kya check karna chaiye or parking and completion 1st owner ke paper mai nahi hai. Builder letter head pe dega. Kya kharidna chahiye- Amol

Hello @SaudaGhar Team - Can you please clarify if i am buying a property directly from builder and need to deduct 1% TDS. Which amount do i need to consider for calculation of 1%. Is it mentioned somewhere in registered agreement? or is it Total cost of the flat as mentioned in the allotment/booking letter?

Hello sir. Builder possession time pe late charge karke interest laga raha hai wo bhi 2lakh. Wo bhi 2021 me environment certificate builder ka nahi tha.aur demand letter bhi unhone bheje nahi the 2021 me aur uss sab ka late charge aur uspe intrest abhi last demand bheja hai.kya ye legal hai? Nahi to kya karna chahiye?
