Sir good information. I had syncope all test done as mukarjeegaru told but normal.Then I went to neurosurgeon and he noted my bp tablets and checked my standing stability. I had spondylitis for nech and x ray is taken by him and checked B12 also.it is less than normal and he asked me to take rajunex injection once in month as I am a vegetarian. From the on I am normal.He said to wear neck coller for some time too. So spondylitis is also a big cause.I am a follower of you both. My namaskarams to both of you.I am aged 72 years.This happen 3 or 4 years back.

Sir on 11/10/2021 , I fell down after getting up from sleep in the afternoon. The Cardiologist and Neurologist conducted EPS and implanted Pacemaker on 22/10/2021. I never fell down in my life till that date (1/10/21). After that single episode no other felling down. But I am feeling Giddiness and a mild unstudieness while walking especially when night sleep is less. My age is 76 years. My Pacemaker parameters are OK.,except a high value of Threshold value 3.7 Every 3 months I am undergoing Pacemaker tests Recently on February 22nd the Threshold value came down to 1.7 (auto) and 2.1(manual).EEG S taken in June 2022 and in February 2023 are absolutely normal. 17:56 21:10

Very, very useful information and clearly explained in Telugu! Unfortunately, people in rural places don’t go to doctor unless care is absolutely needed due to: 1. Language gap 2. All the tests cost lot money and 3. They don’t know where to start. I was struggling with the 3rd issue very recently as my mom fell (or experienced syncope) about 10 times in the last 2-3 years. If you can provide syncope contact or syncope department that might be useful. Also, given first and second points above, somewhat simpler methods to diagnose (like start with easier to perform tests to rule out certain things) will be really helpful. Anyone who can help with diagnosis near Repalle AP, please contact me.

సార్, నాకు త్రీ మంత్స్ క్రితం దగ్గు ఫీవర్ వచ్చింది. దగ్గు వన్ మంత్ వరకు తగ్గలేదు. అది తెగే వరకు తగ్గితే 2 టైమ్స్ నాకు తెలియకుండా నేను పడిపోయాను. తర్వాత లేపితే లేచి వాడిని డాక్టర్ MD గారిని సంప్రదిస్తే మీరు విపరీతంగా తగ్గడం వల్ల బ్రెయిన్కి ఆక్సిజన్ అందలేదు. అందువల్లే పడిపోయారు. ఇది ఏమీ ఇబ్బంది పెట్టే విషయం కాదు అని దగ్గుకి మెడిసిన్ రాసారు. దగ్గు తగ్గిన తర్వాత నాకు ఆ ప్రాబ్లం మరలా రాలేదు. దీని గురించి నాకు ఏమైనా మంచి సలహాలు చెప్పగలరా.
