Sir എനിക്ക് gym ൽ workout ചെയ്യുന്നതിൻ്റെ ഇടയിൽ wrist pain വന്നതാണ് . wrist tendanitise ആണ് എന്നാണു Orthopedic docter പറയുന്നത്. 1 മാസം റെസ്റ്റ് എടുത്തിട്ടും കുറവില്ല nerve ൻ്റെ issue ആയിരിക്കുമോ. ഇടയ്ക്ക് വേദന shoulder ലേക്ക് വരുന്നുമുണ്ട് . Please reply 🙏
