Hello.... Good lord you are a freaking angel. I have e scoot n bike business and for about 5 years I've been self teaching myself all this stuff. Unfortunately the more clones that come out the more the rules of e wiring goes out the window. And the internet doesn't answer questions just wants to give you enough info to keep scrolling. I'd love to shoot u an email and pick your brain more. I have a million different types of controllers. A few 7 wire displays that I can't find a match anywhere where. Just understanding the abbreviations is gold really!! Like to DMS... Thank you so so very much!!!

how does the Ey3 throttle communicate the throttle signal to the motor controller? does it do it by changing voltage somewhere between 0-5v like some throttles on some ebikes do?

My main cord coming from the EY3. Controller got pinched and sparked. Fixed the broken wires not cant get the scooter to move. Checked everything i can image but can't seem to find anything wrong. Display works fine. Its not in kickstart mode and all fuses are good. It just will not move!

i would check to see if the controller is functional and that you did not short it by chance. even if you did, it is fixable on the same controller, but it takes a lot of work because you'd first have to diagnose, identify, locate, and replace the burnt component, and while doing that you may actually do more damage on the board. If the controller component is defective when it came, i'd contact mini motors to request replacement and convince them to send you one for free. Or I'd just order another controller set. Then I can help you wire. Or if you want me to find out for you, feel free to mail it to me and I'll take a look to see what's wrong with it. It could just be wrong wiring, or issue with your throttle. Did you take a look at your throttle to see if everything is wired correctly? Along with the magnetic potentiometer (that little chip with 2 or 3 prongs soldered onto the ey3 board)? All of these matter.

@@steveseo2220 I soldered the wires all back together that got cut when the cord got pinched. Also had to replace the EY3 throttle controller, Everything works perfect.

I think the wiring for the Mantis 10 is similar to the Nanrobot d6+. Do you have a key ignition? If you do, when you switch on the ignition with your key, does your voltmeter turn on? If your voltmeter does not turn on, then the issue might be with the ignition wire which is VCC. If you don't have ignition switch, then your LCD thumb throttle is wired directly to the controller. If your throttle does turn on, does it respond to your throttle? If not, then the issue could be with your hall sensor located on the throttle itself, or something could be up with your throttle wire SD. I need more info so if you need help let me know.

Yes you can just remove the front. But you’ll have to adjust the green wire

I am not sure if there is any hall sensors for these. it's 3 thick motor wires, yellow, green and blue, I think. I am not too familiar with what each wires are called. I just know what needs to be connected in order to activate or deactivate certain functions. So if you can rephrase the question to ask me what needs to be connected in order to do what, then i can better help you. Sorry, I don't really know what the names of each wires are because many people call the same wires by different names, and I stopped trying to familiarze myself with something inconsistent. But everyone understands what needs to be connected in order for the motor to spin when you hit the throttle. I can help you like that.

On the kaabo wolf warrior gt Someone claimed they knew what they were doing completely disassemble the wiring from both controllers and the unit itself!! Now everything is unplugged and I can't seem to find a schematic or anything that will tell me where each connection goes . Please help
