hello, i recently was riding my 2021 kaabo mantis 10 pro and my rear motor just stopped working, whenever a even push it with my hands it feels like it is very stiff to push, can you help me please?

It's the controller, not the motor. When the scooter is on and there is resistance that's the controller. If you're lucky some wires came loose, like the hall sensor

my worst experience with kaabo mantis 10 pro dual in my life front motor stopped going full power for only 62miles on odo worst customer support they can't even fix it this company is scamming people don't buy these piece of crap my money is gone i bought junk stay alert people this scooter has alot of problems which many are not aware of

This is true it does. I don't have any other high powered scooters to compare to. But as a person who fixes just about everything, I can tell tht if it moves it will break. That's a guarantee.

@@BIGDeZeL6 do you maybe know how to fix the front motor going half power because the seller is a scammer guarantee

@@strangetimes5993 I can tell some easy way to Diagnose it. First have you switch the controllers? Use the rear controller to run the front motor. If it continues at half power, it's the motor. If it goes full power it the controller. But try changing the battery terminals too, so you'll know if there's a bad connection when drawing power from the battery.

@@BIGDeZeL6 i have 1 year warranty and now the seller is fixing it when i try to tell him something he says i dont know leave it we gonna fix it for you i am going to tell him your advice and see what he answers btw he dont talk to me about anything what he do to the scooter

@@strangetimes5993 I'd say return the whole scooter. If you got a one year warranty? When I bought mine in 2019, kaabo was the fastest cheapest option. But there are a lot of scooter now.
