Having pimple/acne at this age is absolutely NORMAL. * Use cetaphil cleanser. * Don’t pop the breakouts at all. * Don’t touch your face (it increases the pimples/acnes). * Don’t wash your face frequently (just twice-thrice is sufficient). * Cut down your carbs esp. sugar, refined flour, oily-deep fried food, fast food (all of these foods increase them). * Drink lots of water. * Check if you’ve dandruff (it’s friend of acnes/pimples). * Regularly exercise. * Avoid applying make up. * Abstain from using others’ makeup. In all, maintain healthy lifestyle. She had already uploaded a couple of videos regarding this problem. Pls do check.

Melisma has bothered me so much some years ago. I’ve tried all forms of treatment from herbals to Doctors treatments and cosmetics but nothing helped me.At last I’ve tried Glutathione Tbalets along with Vitamin c tablets from a Genuine company for 6 months and 80% of melasma was gone I was overjoyed. Now I take Glutathione at regular intervals for maintenance and yes I’ve started using Sunscreen on daily basis n I felt like it’s the Sunrays that gave me Melasma as I was careless before .
