Hasidism cannot be understood properly it seems without a very strong foundation in Kabbalah and Halacha. Otherwise I see many loose their way unfortunately

It seems Prof Idel got really confused here. The reason ChaGas Chassidus is formatted different is intentional.( This is well documented see for example (תולדות חב׳׳ד בארץ הקודש ע' כג And not this ASSUMPTIVE gibbirish...which he then admit Chabad has a "system" yet Liadi was no more than a Hamlet...so there goes that theory. Also ever considered why Chabad is call Chabad 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
