​​​​@@sahilganera6868 200% Perks ~~~ (1) Room rent ✅✅(job location and home distance) (2) Family look after ✅ (3) Promotion ✅✅ (4) Social respect ✅✅ (5)Fare✅✅(Mumbai traffic😮) (6) You'll be posted in the same state till scale 4 (7) Salary Note:- postal assistant workload isn't less compared to sbi clerk and postal assistant has to work 6/week in sbi you'll have 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday... If you're in income tax or GST I'd not suggest you to come to the bank in postal assistant promotion is very slow... In sbi after 3 yrs you can sit for TO channels and after 5 yrs of service you can sit for jmjs channel, in jmjs cutt off are less, so you'll surely be an officer after 5 yrs of service but in postal assistant you know the hierarchy... You're smart enough to take the decision, but I thought should share my knowledge with you... God bless you

Sir mera central bank mein as a clerk selection hua hai 21 june ko dv hai uske baad 1 july ko tentative date hai joining ka. Aur Sbi clerk ka bhi mains ka result aana hai. Baat ye hai ki jab mai branch manager se cc banane gya to unhone bola ki aap galat line mein aa gye hai.wo bole ki thik hai clerk mein selection ho gya hai to ab koi non banking exam ka prepare kro jaise SSC or State government.

If you are below 25 you can go for other job...But if selected in SBI CLERICAL go for that...Of course kaam hai...but much better career prospects in SBI

Aap 100 % galat hai.sbi clerk TO channel mein officer banta hai with 4 increment and if you have cleared jaiib caiib then you will be entitled 3 more increment as per 12 th bipartite settlement.

Sbi clerk who promoted through TO channel also 4 advance increment + increment for Jaiib & caiib. Only Clerk promoted through OJM channel do not get 4 increment. My husband joined sbi clerk in December, 2018 and promoted to TO in April, 2022 in his very 1st attempt, he got 6 advance increment- 4 for TO , 1 each for Jaiib & caiib and all the perks & allowances same. His current Basic is 67160.
