250 gram Garlic
2 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds (20 gram
1 tbsp Fennel seeds (10 gram)
1 tbsp Carom seeds
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds (2. 5 gram)
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder 1/4 tbsp spicy red chilli powder
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp white salt
1 / 4 tbsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
100 ml mustard oil
3-4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
