Gumby's using the phone AGAIN! Notice he only dialed 3 numbers. Some places, back in the 1930's, that's all you needed. Maybe in rural areas in the 1950's too?? At least he's not watching cat videos on his I phone!!! See! Things in the past made so much more sense!! Drivers who use I phone today are real BLOCKHEADS!!!!

Well funny thing this episode is in it's original format about all the episodes from the 50's were originally 10-11 minutes long but when Gumby aired in syndication in the 60's these were split up into smaller episodes

Yes, his father gives the proper advice of just straight up cheating in order to win. What a great role-model. This is the 50s equivalent of telling your kid to hack Mario Kart in order to beat Rainbow Road on the hardest setting during a tournament.
