Ingredients:
For Dough-
Wheat flour-300 gm
Carom seeds(ajwain)-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
Water-200 ml
For Aloo masala-
Boiled potato-350 gm
Green chilli(finely chopped)-2
Ginger(grated)- 2 inch
Garlic(grated)-10 to 12
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Dry mango powder(aamchur)-1/2 tsp
Chat masala powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil

Excellent recipe. I made good filling parathas. I didn't have amchur powder so used limbu juice. And before frying potato I put 1/2 onion finely chopped fried it before adding potato. Turned out excellent. And this method of making parathas is simply awesome for novices. Thanks madam. God bless🙏
