कुकर में टेस्टी मटन मसाला ऐसे बनाएंगे तो सब तारीफ करेंगे | Pressure Cooker Mutton Curry | Kabita

Ingredients:
Mutton - 750 gram (washed)
Curd - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onion - 1
Green chilli- 2 to 3
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Mix it well
Rest it for 30 minutes
Ginger - 3 to 4 inch
Green chilli - 3
Garlic cloves - 20 to 22 cloves
Heat 1/4 cup of mustard oil
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 4
Star anise- 1
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Mace - 1/2
Black pepper - 10
Black cardamom-1
Chopped onion - 2 cups
Fry it for 5- 6 mins
Add blended paste
Fry it for a minute
Add marinated mutton
Cook it fir 8-10 mins
Add Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Red Chili- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cook it for 7-8 mins(low flame)
Add 2.5 cups of hot water
Add 2 tbsp of ghee (optional)
Cook it for 3 whistles on medium flame
Turn off the flame
Ready to serve

Bachpan mein mujhe mutton curry bahut ache lagti thi. Meri mummy ke haath ka mutton mujhe sabse zyada pasand tha, apki rich gravy bilkul waise hi hai, Kabitaji. Purani yaadein taaza ho gayi. Phir to maine kab mutton khana ekdom band kar diya yaad nahi. Par aaj bhi yaad hai, mutton gravy aur usme pade aloo leftover khane ke liye agle din meri aur papa ki jung hoti thi..ki kaun khayega usse..agle din uss gravy mein aur rich flavours hote hai...bahut acha laga ye dekh kar..waise aaj bengali holi hai..dol jatra bolte hai isse..maine mutton to nahi banaya😁 kyunki tuesday ko hum log veg khate hai..par holi hai to kuch to special hona chahiye isliye dahi vada banaye aur khub maze lekar khaya..Happy Holi to you and your family, Kabitaji 🌈💐
