After mixing the meat with the masala and frying for few minutes it should be covered and left on low flame for 7-8 minutes. It will release its own water. After that water dries out, we should pour more hot water and then give pressure.

Despite you being from the new generation, and the awesome food you introduce us to - I love that you add the native languages like Hindi or Marathi in Devnagari scripts. What I admire about it is despite we in IT sector speak English almost all the time but it's a reminder that we need to stay grounded to our roots, Though English is my first spoken language even at home, but it's good that you promote our native langauges of our land additionally ! Thanks for that. I love reading those though I might be a tad slow in reading Hindi but its a matter of pride in being able to read it in this age where almost all channels, TV content presents Hindi or Marathi as "not that cool" as languages.
