I'd like to hear more about Blood flow restriction used for this. I'm sure some of it was to avoid orthostatic hypotension, but I'd like to know more.

Really do not think it was necassary to humilate the guy by shutting him up. In the end these guys took the time to assist you and if you do not like people to talk while you lift then you tell them that beforehand or you could have taken him off camera and calmly explained to him what you do not like while you perform a lift. Other than that it is very impresive what you did in 30 days.

literally not one of those squats was near proper depth... 3 red lights on every lift
