I thought u had bad hips for narrow squats? How can you squat so low with your feet so narrow? Wish I could do that

Chris, when you're doing the close stance squats with bands set around the back of the knee would the purpose be defeated if you just had one band around both legs? Also, would you suggest doing that movement with a regular barbell or is there a specific purpose you're utilizing the spider bar (?) or whatever that specialty bar is called.

Collective Conscious im not chris of course but I think 2 bands is better because if you use one it will probably make the knees cave in. But what you could do is just double the band and put it around the power rack so you have 2 loops with just one band.
