We love this one. I agree, 3 player isn’t super great with the player elimination. We usually play four player and house rule it so both of a team’s pieces need to be eliminated for a win (or if they exhaust all their team pieces). If a player’s beetle gets eliminated their special ability is gone but they can still push pieces in on their turn. It’s a lot of fun.

We found it fun, but only if you don't take it too serious = "that's not a straight line!", etc... It will definitely be in our 'family get-together' list of games.

A great find at gencon! I enjoy it as a short, filler game for game night. Quick games, tense, super fun.

The game is ok. The problem I've found with this game is it seems to just drag on and on. Would be much better if it played in 20 minutes or less. It's the first game in collection that will probably be sold soon. I'd give it a 6.0 out of 10 because I like the components.

We had an issue with games going on a bit long too. Chris is right in that it was because of defensive play.

@@rexology_bg yes. This is what happened to us. But what is the solution to stop this? Just let your opponent win? That is not fun. I'm curious what others are doing so that it doesn't become a back and forth battle for an hour.

@@soogymoogi we just keep going back and forth moving pieces, knocking others off, and finally knocking a wrestler off. We've not played a game that lasted less than 45 minutes.

@@manonfire4jc We house ruled that direct movement of your own piece is not allowed. Once your wrestler gets to the edge you cannot directly contact them with the push piece. Mostly though we just agree to attack.
