Saala saal kharab na hone ke liye pura bna hua achar ka jaar ko 2 se 3 din dhup mei rkhe kya ya salt or haldi wale aam ko 2,3 din dhup mei rkhe??

Rita ji Aap sara saal achar rakhna chahte hain , to aam ke pieces ko overnight Haldi namak laga ker rakhen Jis se pani aam ka jyada milega. Aam ke pieces ko fan ke neeche Ya dhup me 2 hours ke liye sukhaye. Aam ke pieces bahut jyada nahi sukhana hai.nahi to pieces chimade Ho jayenge.achar ko 1 or 2 din morning me 2 -3 hours ke liye dhup me rakhe .7-11 baji ke beech ki dhup achar ke liye achchi hoti hai. Aam bilkul fresh aur kadak hona chahiye. Ees achar ke liye jo achar wale round shape ke aam aate hai, jaise Ram keli wo aam lijiye ,. Abhi market me sara saal rahne wala Achar ka aam aaya nahi hai. Pahle thoda sa achar bana ker aap taste kare , hing apne taste ke hisaab se kum jyada daal sakte hain. Aur bhi achar ke link send ker rahe hain, aap dekh sakte hain. jyada tez dhup me achar nahi rakhna chahiye.colour kharab ho jata hai.
