As far as I remember the first station was bolaram after Kacheguda then medchal rest I don't as they were outside Hyderabad. Train departure timing almost the same.

The best train is duronto because it takes least timev but it doesnt operate daily but the most value for money kind of train is hussainsagar express or mumbai hyderabad express but ticket availability would be a big question because they have high demand so it depends which date you are travelling & how many tickets are there or not as far as accomodation goes there are good and various range hotels in hyderabad so it all depends where you want to preferably stay & whats the budget if you want to check out the accommodations at hyderabad station by indian railways i.e. the retiring room you can see the following link kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaq4iqFnird0nqs
