I think a whole podcast talking about adhd, being diagnosed later in life, what it’s like to live with, what’s it like for those around you. Would be amazing and so helpful ❤

I get what you mean Sarah about being ill. It’s just the guys always seem to be so dramatic and experience it so full on straight away. However, when us women are ill, we continue to push through and carry on until we are physically dying and can’t anymore lol😂

as a student of the fashion school in london i believe grace will attend, it is the best thing i ever did!! i was completely introverted before starting college but loved the idea of a fresh start and the independence of college. i just know grace will love the environment and it does wonders for self confidence!! so pleased for grace 💗

Teaching your girls that you have to work for what you want and where you want to be in life ❤ and as long as they are happy that's all that matters. I've got 2 kids, and it ain't easy. I say it all of the time. You are such great parents to 5 kids and with Sophie's additional needs that takes a lot more time and patience some days, (I know as I work with send childen) and you still manage to do what you do with your family and business. I have loved the first episode I can’t wait to see more. I also love the fact Sarah said about caravan holiday. Myself and partner take our 2 daughters to haven every year and we love being in the caravans. As much as we would love to go to Florida and do Disney we just can’t afford to. However caravans by the sea side are the best it’s so nice to hear sarah say that and how I can relate to that and hope my children will always reminds our caravan holidays when they grow up. A Disney holiday will have to wait for us. Again loved the podcast keep them coming. ❤

Really appreciate you opening up about your ADHD also I have been diagnosed with autism and general anxiety disorder. I know you are allergic to dogs but when I got my dog archie it changed my life for the better. I have regular anxiety attacks and made me not go out for about a month. Ps took me half an hour to write this. ❤

I understand what Sarah is saying about what we call “man flu” here in the US. I honestly think it’s a difference in pain levels in women and men. As women we almost always push our pain away to continue about our day because we have to take care of things or they won’t get done. If we are so sick that we can’t do anything at all then we are VERY SICK. So it can be hard when you feel like you’ve went on with your day so sick and someone with the same illness as you needs to sleep the day away and be catered to. I feel this way sometimes because I have chronic pain and migraines (almost every single day). So when my husband or anyone else is “down” because of a cold, it can be extremely hard not to feel like they could also be up getting things done that needs to be done. However, no matter how annoyed I may feel, I always make sure that they have everything they need. I don’t dismiss their pain or discomfort. To them, it could actually feel like they are too sick to work or get out of bed. We will never truly know exactly how each other feels pain. So I do see what Sarah means, however, I also see where Joel is coming from as well. My husband is rarely sick. So if he is feeling sick, no matter if I think he should be just fine, I make sure that I take care of him. He never hesitates to take care of me when I’m ill, so I will cater to him until he’s all better. It’s the very least I can do as a wife to show him that I love him. ❤

Loving more dvg content! Sarah, Joel is your 6th baby! My hubby is the same when he’s sick or if he has a headache. You have to placate him like you would a toddler when he thinks he is ill. It drives me nuts! He just needs some TLC! Joel, acknowledged Sarah is unwell and pushing through and help out more rather than hovering. Women don’t need the coddling! Sarah as someone with ADHD, we don't tend to mention feeling sick until we feel extremely unwell, it drives me insane when people think because it looks different that we aren't feeling unwell, trust me we tend to just be better at looking okay cos we are constantly struggling. so agree with Joel on that one, a little sympathy will go a long way.
