but why our roads too narrow it hurts how Uganda doesn't change from way I left it 12 years back but I think we shall remain that way for next 100 years cuz our country is to backward and you cant see it till you travel around

Unlike in other countries Uganda govt doesn't own land. Road expansion becomes impossible & very expensive.
