Kadalai Paruppu Halwa | Channa Dal Halwa Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make kadalai paruppu halwa recipe in tamil. This channa dal halwa is very to make and uses less ghee than other halwa recipes. This halwa is also quicker to prepare and has higher protein from the dal. This is a great recipe to prepare during festivals or as a quick evening snack recipe.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Channa dal
5 Cashews
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Water
3 tbsp Ghee (8 tbsp in Total)
2 tbsp Wheat flour
3/4 cup - 1 cup Sugar
10 Cashews
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
