today im sharing bhakhri recipe. here i have made dry bhakhri which remains fresh and crispy for long time and you can carry when you travelling …. so friends here i have shared tips so you can easily prepare at home like market style …. Bhakhri is all time favourite and gujratis love bhakhri ,, in breakfast , lunch or in dinner you like to eat bhakhri .,and its very healthy so try out this recipe
ingredients for methi bhakhri
1 cup green fenugreek
1/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 cup wheat flour
1.5 tsp seasome
2 to 3 tbsp water / as required
ghee or oil
salt to taste
ingredients for biscuit bhakhri
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup milk cream
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin
ghee or oil for roast
