Amazing recipe. Made this again today. 2 tips 1. We always make the pakoray the day before. So we can enjoy them by themselves and also reduces the workload on the day 2. We add in lemon when the karri is almost cooked, for the extra oomph

This is exactly how we make kadhi at my home in India. I was craving kadhi chawal in London and ordered it from a Pakistani restaurant. It was delicious and to my surprise exactly like my home.
