Hi Kadz. Thank you for the video. Is it common practice in this sector to have bonuses starting from a certain threshold like making 50-60k pounds in one quarter? I'm a young recruiter who started in a specialized recruitment firm less than a year ago and I've been doing fairly well, moving from a recruiter position to a recruitment consultant position after 6 months. I like the job and it has helped me push my limits further even though I am unhappy about two things mainly: 1) the lack of transparency on the P&L of my team (to better understand what I cost and what I bring) 2) the high results needed to have a bonus (earnings starting from 60k every 3 months). Also the bonuses aren't clearly written down in my contract. I don't want to be the gullible guy who generates a lot of profit for the business but only gets 5% of that. Are these two points common in practice?

😂😂😂 Not just anyone can get an executive search job. It requires good degrees and getting through usually 6-7 interviews with headhunters lol. At a good search firm, you will make closer to £30,000 lol, plus commission.
