The solution is very simple. First Drc Congo president Felix does not trust anyone including sadac forces, UN and EA forces who he expelled. So he doesn't want to solve the problem. Why not accept his people m23, involve them in way forward, expell reject FDR, stop misusing Tanzania and Burundi forces, develop eastern Congo. The entire problem lies on the colonial border line draw. There are tribes of Tutsis the Congolese government failings to recognize as their citizens who are being persecuted from their motherland congo because of who they are (Tutsis). Remember Rwanda and Congo shares boarders ,so all the tribes have existed and intermarraige. But since the majority of the Tutsis existed in Rwanda, congo is going with the belief they are not Congolese but Rwandans. This is where the problem emerged, and Rwanda is saying they were not Rwanda but Congolese Tutsis. All kagame is saying to Congo is stop persecuting Congolese Tutsis, allow the people to live in their land of birth and origine without no persecution or killing them.

After carrying out the genocide against the Tutsis, ex-FAR fled to the DRC without being disarmed, intending to regroup and recapture Rwanda. As a result, hundreds of thousands of Tutsis were forced to flee, spending nearly 30 years in refugee camps. Meanwhile, the DRC government has continued its collaboration with the FDLR-a genocidal force-to this day. Many of those in M23 today were born in refugee camps. Their entire lives have been spent waiting for UNHCR support, which amounts to barely $5 per month-money they must stretch to cover food, clothing, and all their basic needs. Imagine that. 😭😭 Yet, some-including the DRC government-choose to view this conflict solely through the lens of mineral resources. Do you really think these young people in M23 care about minerals? Or do they simply refuse to let their families and future generations suffer the same fate they did? How can this problem ever be solved if it continues to be reduced to a fight over minerals? Another major problem is the existence of over 200 militia groups operating in the DRC. Yet, the only militia that seems to be an issue for the Kinshasa government is M23. Why? Isn't it because corrupt government officials are backing those other groups to facilitate the looting of minerals? And yet, you keep accusing M23 of being supported by foreign governments that want to steal minerals! Isn't that ironic?. These young people will accept support from anyone willing to help them fight as long as their issue remains unresolved diplomatically and in the right way.

So winners and losers are picked by governments who practice racial or tribal politics to the detriment of the minority groups or unwanted tribes or races and that can destroy a entire country ..............
