I am not really sure but anyways, I'm just gonna do a theory based on the english translation of the lyrics. So I think the persona is schizophrenic (he/she has a good and bad side) and sometimes the persona can do something evil to people without realizing it. And because of that, people are afraid to get along with the persona, which leads to him/her being lonely. The persona, having noticed what he/she had done, regrets it and tries to make up for it but then, he/she does something evil again which leads to him/her creating a cycle. After being used to the loneliness, the persona is now indifferent to people and lost his/her ability to care and soon questions his/her existence and if his/her life really has a meaning or not
