I don't know if anyone has answered the question about the cereal being high in sugar yet so if this is already information you have I apologize. I'm a diabetic and my endocrinologist explained to me that even non sugar cereals like Corn Flakes (which I happen to like also as was the reason for the conversation with the doctor) is high in carbs which eventually turn into sugar. Add milk into the mix which is also high and this is a breakfast I can't eat any longer. Thank you for introducing me to this game. I've been loving it and this series.

You can take the man out of Jersey, but you cannot take the Jersey out of the man. admit it Kage. LOL
@bjackman1650210 ай бұрын
Kage, the your cost for products is changing as indicated on your order screen - but that doesn't change the cost of what is already in stock. You currently have a bunch of the white label water in stock at the old (higher) cost. The AVG cost won't go down until you buy more. That is why I like to buy 10 boxes of anything if the cost drops.
@stummelschwanzzwergtyrann10 ай бұрын
Are you sure the purchasing price changes at all? I'm not sure myself but I thought only the selling price changes.
@bjackman1650210 ай бұрын
Yes, the current selling price is a multiple of cost, right now in my game Potatoes (Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew) cost $2.84 per bag the martket price is $4.26 per bag or exactly 1.5 times the cost. So, I think that the game has price multiplier categories for all products product A has a 1.5 multiplier (like potatoes), product B has a 2x multiplier, product C has a 2x multiplier, etc. So, yes when the game shows a price change it is referring to cost and market price.@@stummelschwanzzwergtyrann
@bme120810 ай бұрын
The unit price is what you are paying for the products, and does not always affect the market price. Which is why people buy low and sell high. you buy the products when they are cheaper.

Wait, does the unit price fluctuate in this game? I haven't paid attention to that!

⚠️⚠️I get it. In RL, stores are run like this, or like that. You want to make sure your customers can move around comfortably. It is a game. Squeeze your ailes closer together. You can literally touch the outlines of your shelves, fridges, and freezers together when they are facing each other and your customers can still move around. Line the walls with frdges and freezers and then place rows of shelves. Or fridges on walls and rows of shelves with freezers back to back down the center. Food on one side non food on the other side.⚠️⚠️ Great Episode Kage!!😎🤟

16:43 Kage I buy Cheerios, Chex, Rice krispies and corn flakes and use 1% milk in my cereal. I used to buy the sweet sugary cereal but not anymore. Trying to lose weight. The only sweet cereal I buy is honeycomb which isn't that sweet, also honey nut cheerios. Weight has come down but going into winter it stopped and is hovering. I also cut out soda and are drinking water and flavored seltzer which is like soda but no sugar or calories. It's like Bubly.

What the developer should add is stats upgrades for the cashier’s you hire, and make it raise his pay, so say if he scans 15 items a min, you can upgrade him to 25/35/45 items per minute but have his pay go up too, that way he’s not slow at checking people out

Seems like the biggest issue is space and you really have to grind to get it. I have found that if you put too much variety on each shelf you tend to run out of product pretty fast which hurts the profit plus you have to run your butt off to maintain stock. I would like to see space upgrades cheaper and basic shelves cheaper and make the licenses the bigger gate.

I think the reason you’re having trouble making more money at the end of the day is because of the lack of product licenses. The more different products that you have the more money you make. I think you should half some of the shelves to fit different product on it. An expansion isn’t necessary for an additional license
