this whole thing reminds me of a Hollow Knight challenge my friend and I did where each of us had one side of the Switch controller and we played like that. was probably some of the most fun I've ever had playing Hollow Knight!

Right at the beginning, the whale falling from the sky and turning into a potted plant is a reference to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when the improbability drive spawned in the whale, it had an existential crisis, and then turned into a potted plant (a petunia I think?). 😁
