So Hayasaka is voiced by Amalee Shirogane has the same voice actor as Senku (Dr. Stone) And the Narrator has the same voice actor as Tsukasa (Dr. Stone)

This is where this dub disappoints not just with the narrator, even the main character voice actors just don’t match as well as they could have.
