If you react to 'Confession', you gotta also react to 'Spolier' 😆 they kinda go together. Kai has 18 released songs from his 3 mini albums. Beyond that the songs 'Spoiler', 'Confession', 'ICU (I see you)' and 'Deep Breath' are unrealised songs by Kai, he only performed live.

Just a reminder that the original lyrics were "tell me your favorite position" 😂 they made it pg for the kids. The fake tattoos were his late father's drawings. Kai knows people expect a Performance from him, so he always perform with a backtrack. He sings when he can, and let the backtrack take over when he wants to focus on the dance. He doesnt usually bother to lipsync when he does this. Pls watch live stages of his song Vanilla, it's a totally different vibe. I really like the Waterboom one in Mr. Destiny (his fansite) channel

Thanks for your reaction - you guys are hilarious! Kai was my first kpop bias & the very first kpop concert that I went to - I got to see him perform Mmm & Vanilla live & it was amazing. He is still my favorite dancer, he is truly phenomenal. Many fans say "Kai is art" and I wholeheartedly agree.

I was lucky enough to see this live at the SuperM tour, his jacket wasn’t done up for the entire performance. It was life changing stuff 🫠 My favourite Kai solo performance is I See You from the Elyxion tour, it’s a little less sexy and a bit more artistic, with some pretty amazing lyrical/contemporary dance

Kai mixes singing live and recording - he is all about the performance and his fans want to see him dance, so he has to. However, a thing with EXO that you will especially notice about Baekhyun who is well known for not liking anyone messing with his vocals live, is that in the moments they don't sing live, they don't pretend to either. There are a few recordings out there where they were not given a choice, but the majority of the time, live means live for all EXO members. Everyone knows how skillful they are, they don't need to try to trick us. Yes, seen this live, it is awesome.

She had me cackling when she slid her chair over like don't include me in your mess and the head tilt 8:41 Love... We know the feeling. Kai is dangerous. In all honesty when Kai wears a hat I swear he's trying to save our lives, a blessing in disguise. The last few seconds of Tempo(Kai Focus Vid) with the bucket hat is proof, you won't survive a full face performance like that. He forces you to look at his body/dancing and not his face. There was background music with Kai's voice but when he started singing, the live vocal will cover the background sound. But when he threw away his mic, the background vocal and music came on. This also happened to artists who sing the adlibs over their songs, the background vocal will be on.

Some oddly sweet touches, considering the song & the stage😁~ - Before Kai's father passed, he created a book with his own illustrations for his children and their children; the "tattoos" on Kai are his father's illustrations~~~ (you probably remember from his guide & things commented, but Kai father was a huge part of how Kai was able to study dance & was the one that convinced him to audition for SM) - Since Kai threw his hats into the audience, he signed them before going on stage; it included usually his signature + which specific concert it was ^.^ [I also have a vague memory of him doing two hats sometimes(?), and he numbered the hats; I could also be just confusing him numbering the different nights in each city~]

I'd really recommend Kai's Rover ❤ that song was literally everywhere when it came out. All the kpop idols did a dance challenge with him. i also think it's a lip synced number not only because of the vocal effects but because he keeps dropping the mic as part of the choreo. i saw that number when they performed in manila and i didn't care one bit if the voice was recorded. others will swear it was live, but i really don't think so. and that's okay. it's not a let down or an insult or somesuch negative thing as some are prone to think. lip syncing 1 or 2 numbers is fine. an entire concert, is a no-no though. EXO will never do that.

I’m fairly confident that this was in fact lip-synced and not live but that doesn’t really matter as we all know Kai can sing and this stage was more about the performance than him singing and with the mic more as a prop.
