Kai Hunt 02-08-17

Kai was a little off his game today so this isn't the most action-packed hunt, but we still caught two. I added more footage than usual of the dog work and of Kai's field behavior just for kicks

old school hawking 😭 I miss these hunts so much!! Flying Kai hasn’t been the same since moving down South. I can’t hunt with him as often so he’s not in that steady routine he used to be in. I do have some videos of him that I plan to post in the next month or so, but they’re nothing like these. I’m actually planning to put him up for a season, then fly him again when I move up North in a year or so.

That made 97 yesterday and today we hit #100!!! Well, probably closer to 93 or 94 rabbits, but 100 head of game for the season

old school hawking yep! We got one pheasant, one quail, a few wood rats, a ground squirrel, and a few jacks (most were young)
