Great upside. Has good basketball IQ, Agile enough inside the paint, can shoot and great hands.. But he needs to work hard on it and better and stronger. A personal big man coach, conditioning and nuitritionist would definitely help. Gilas should invest.

I see that you hold the ball up high when you grab the rebound. Thats good because if you keep it low, guys will swat it from your hands. Thats the only way they can take the ball from you so just keep the ball up above your head.

Has has a great upside, great BB IQ for a 15 yr old guy. Ha can shoot on both hands, mainly because his father and his godfather RDO are both right handed that's why he have those low post post move for the right handed. But, he still need to improve in dribbling and strength wise, the skill is already there. It really shows that the kid really love the game. We hope that US scouts can notice him, and eventually have a decent D1 school in the near future. Skai is the limit kai.

Sinabi ni kai sa isang interview na kanan siya talaga. Yung tira niya kaliwa, pinagsanayan lang niya dahil nakita niya maganda raw tira ng mga players na kaliwete. Yun ang kagandahan sa kaniya madaling matuto at masanay sa isang bagay na gusto niya kaya sigurado may maganda future sa basketball itong si kai. Ang bilis mag improve at matuto ng mga galaw.

I pity Kai Sotto, this was his time to shine put was derailed by no less than his own team mates specifically the hyped guards. The story of this team has been that of jealousy. The guards don't want Kai to get all the credit. I first noticed this in the Japan game where even though he was on fire down the shaded lane with only a small player guarding him, this stupid guards instead go for the lower percentage 3 point shots...It almost cost us the game against Japan with this self gratification plays...This kind of attitude should not be tolerated anymore in a national team...

Ang lakas ng bata halos kanya ang rebound at blocks takot sa kanya ang mga chinese players pag inside play at walang binatbat sa kanya sa rebound dahil sa haba ng kamay. Kailangan na lang ng magaling na point guard at poweR forward na matangkad din para masustain ang lakas ng Gilas.
