Hey Kai!! Just found you last week and your content is very INTERESTING!! Currently in the Army right now and I just have one question. Are there any veterans in your community leveraging their VA Loan for land hacking? If so how successful are they??

Good stuff as always coming from an investor view point. I do not agree with self made millionaire, it's just not true

While i admire long term investors, I really don't know what to expect. For instance, if i invest 500k what would my portfolio look like in 2030?

Well, in my opinion, If you invested it right now (during the market’s downturn) you’d be buying at a low price which is highly recommended by my fa and based on past performances in the market in 2030 with the right coach you should have four and a half million in your portfolio sitting pretty.

what? You're almost 40? I thought you are one of those twenty something year old rich influencers at the start lol. Nice finance videos bro but we need some information on how to stay looking young

I can tell you what keeps you poor… well 80 percent of you… society needs a ratio of about 80 percent desperate and cash poor so that wealthy people can exist. So if you get lucky and jump into the upper 20 percent you can make enough to save and be financially secure. If you are really lucky like Kai is coaching you can make your way into the top 5% and make lots of money with money or property rents. But in order for you to exit the poverty trap you will have to leave that cash poor job that must be filled for society to work and serve you in you your yacht!

A free market is a moving scale meaning that people can move up and down. I know a lot "rich kids" who dropped to the lower tiers and I know a lot of immigrants and refugees who jumped up. In any true free market there will always be people in the top 20%, just like Airbnb. I'd argue the top 80% in America are living pretty dang good though. We're not all born in equal station, but we do have the opportunities to move up that ladder. Some of us just have to work a little harder than others. But that's life. ;)
