You say none of these are accurate. Accurate to what? If you mean the physical card game, then are you aware that the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG is based on this fictional card game? If manga or anime does something that's not part of the TCG, at best you could say the TCG is inaccurate, but realistically it's just about them being different games. Yu-Gi-Oh TCG is simply not the same game as Duel Monsters and as such, differences are quite expectable
