Made kappa roti yesterday. I fried them on non stick pan, did not get as many holes as yours 🤔... Anyway the taste was good and perfectly matched with my Kori sukkah... My children liked it and was finished in no time...

Thank you Keira....kappa roti is mainly done on clay tawa itself.. The texture comes from that only... Try with clay tawa next time when you get chance....

I find it very difficult to make it in clay tawa as it gets stuck to the bottom.

Pour some ganji ( water left after boiling rice) for 2-3 days changing every day and try again...please keep the pan on high flame and let it be very hot while pouring batter..later u can reduce the flame to medium...

You get in Amazon.. I have also heard you get in Malleswaram...I dont know the exact location .
