कैरी से बनाए खट्टा मीठा गटा-गट | कच्चे आम की खट्टी मीठी गोली | पाचक गोली कैसे बनाए

कैरी से बनाए खट्टा मीठा गटागट या फिर कच्चे आम की खट्टी मीठी गोली दोनों एक ही बात है यह एक पाचक गोली है क्योंकि बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट है हम सब बचपन में ही गोली खाते थे या फिर अनारदाना खाते थे पर यह भी एक उसी से मिलती-जुलती गोली है जिसे आप 1 साल तक आराम से सो करके रख सकते हैं।
Ingredients:
• 250 grams raw mango
• ½ sp ghee
• pinch of hing
• 250 grams sugar/ jaggery
• ½ sp salt
• ½ sp black salt
• ½ sp black pepper
• ¼ sp garam masala
• ½ sp jeera powder
• sugar powder
Instructions:
• Peel and cut raw mango and grind it into a paste.
• In a pan add ½ sp ghee, pinch of hing. Then add raw mango paste and cook it with stir till all moisture is absorbed.
• Now add 250 grams sugar/ jaggery and cook it till it melts.
• Add ½ sp salt, ½ sp black salt, ½ sp black pepper. Mix.
• Now add ¼ sp garam masala, ½ sp jeera powder. Mix and cook it till it gets good consistency.
• Let it cool. Then make balls out of this batter/ dough and cover it with sugar powder.
• Tasty gatagat is ready!!!
