Polyphia is practically their own genre at this point. Really good vids to react to would be, Look But Don't Touch, OD, Playing God, Neurotica (studio version), and Champagne. You'll very likely enjoy them all! I look forward to more reactions! Keep up the great work!

This is a strange introduction into Polyphia as they almost never have vocals. As others have mentioned, G.O.A.T. is great, also check out Playing God and Neurotica which is part of this upcoming album. They are all insane on their instruments, two guitarists, a bassist and a drummer The chorus lyrics are: Someone call a paramedic I can't speak, it's all phonetic Make me forget, cuz that's a lot of letters ABCDEFG....

When I got recommended to react to them I don’t think I got suggested a song. When I searched for them I saw that this was the latest song so I chose it … I wasn’t aware that they were a band without vocals 😅. Thank you for the G.O.A.T recommendation I will react to that next. Thank you 😊

@@KaireemReactions Sorta mixed reactions so far, in general some people loved it while a few others... not so much and dislike it. Some even accused her editing and speeding up vocal on the alphabet while that wasn't true at all. And the guitarist Tim actually had to show people that she was practicing saying the alphabet repeatedly, since it was her idea to put it in the song in the first place 😔

Polyphia with vocals is still very odd to me, it's a weird introduction to them. That said they're friggin awesome, I'd more than recommend thier song G.O.A.T. (and not just because of the title). The different language is japanese, and it doesn't mean anything, it's the syllabary, basically it's their way of saying the alphabet. So the A B C D E F G... and A I U E O KA KI KU KE KO... is just Sophia spelling through the alphabet (pretty fast at that). Usually Polyphia don't have vocals, and they're all amazing at their instruments, so I thought they wouldn't need any. Glad you like this kind of music, and G.O.A.T., in my opinion, showcases what they can do a lot more. One last thing, another super-skilled instrumental-only-but-lately-they-added-some-vocals band would be ASTERISM, they're also ludicrously good, try Blaze (Live) or even Dawn if you get the chance. ❤🔥

LOL It would be wayyyyyyy easier to play that Guitar Hero version compared to what he's actually playing. That's Tim Henson, he's widely considered one of the top new current guitarists in the world when it comes to complex and technical riffs, and mixing various different styles and techniques together. If there's 1 thing Polyphia is notorious for more than anything else, it's how difficult their songs are to play. Especially when it comes to their guitarists.

@@KaireemReactions Awesome man! Enjoy. But one more thing, just don't go into any of those songs with preconceptions or expectations that they're going to sound a certain way based on songs you've already heard from them. Thats one of the things you will learn about Polyphia very quickly. No 2 songs of theirs sound alike. They're the definition of an experimental band. They incorporate different genres into their songs nearly every single new track. ABC was their first attempt at writing a straight up pop music hit and they pulled it off perfectly and even found the perfect singer for the track in Sophia Black. I never would have thought 4 guys who started out in high school as an extreme metal band would be getting me to listen to pop music songs snd actually enjoy it. 😂 Tim Hensen uploaded a video demonstrating how he writes music. in the video he shows step by step how he came up the track GOAT. The way he writes music is fascinating. I would recommend that when you record your GOAT reaction, you should also add watching that "making of" video too as part of the reaction. Dude really is a mad scientist in that studio, as he keeps adding more stuff to the song it starts to come to life and you see there is a method to his madness. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZjCZJ2hiLiVn8k There's the "making of" GOAT vid I'm talking about.
