The roast was calling a Pipa a lute (its similar, but completely different cultures), not knowing what a shamisen is, and calling a Lyre a "finger harp" Although that's a product of western music never bothering to expand into other cultures. When I said in one of my reactions that Polyphia was going to ignite and bring monster talented musicians around the world to step into new possibilities, this video shows that it's happening. The real +20 Fire 🔥 Damage is the way Polyphia sits there and just joys over the performances!! Damn, I'm a real fan...... AWWWRIGHT!!

That pianist around 7 mins was SICK. Such a relaxed technique. That violinist and harmonica player was super sick tol. And they guy that played multiple strung instruments If you guys are interested in learning more about the marimba grops, there's 3 main recognized ones. Musser-Stevens is probably the most common. I play Traditional which is more commonly taught in Japan.

Pretty sure you have to be chill to get along in a band and travel in small quarters and deal with one another night after night. I almost think people skills are more important than musicianship for a successful band to make it. So many great bands have broken up due to bad attitudes and egos.

I'm getting old , 63 coming up in August. I found out about you all just a few days ago and am now inspired to relearn guitar in a completely different light. Was raised on country like Hank Williams, Buck Owens and went into punk rock such as Ramones, The Clash, The Germs and many more. Drifted into the blues via SRV and Buddy Guy and now here I am. Excited to learn how to play what you all have come up with. Keep being creative and geniuses!
