Oil 1/2 cup

Eilachi 2
Cloves 2
Shah zeera 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt as taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Meat 400 gm
Curd 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 250 gm
Coriander leaves few
Green chillies 3 to 4
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Mint leaves few
Water 3 cups
Rice 500 gm
